Village of Cute
These adorable little houses are from our Convention class: 'Village of Cute.' I just love them and they were SO much fun to make! I am already planning a 'Village of Spooky' and a 'Village of Christmas' class, so check my calendar of events on my Stampin' Up! website. The classes are already scheduled and posted. The class sizes will be limited, so sign up early. Your payment holds your spot!
These houses were made with Pocket Full of Posies and First Edition DSP. I don't know about security for the tallest house, with the key hanging on the outside, but it sure looks cute:) The doors were all made with our wood sheets and stained with our distressing inks.

More Christmas in July
Here are the last of the 'Christmas in July' cards. After this, I guess it will be back to summer:)
Both cards were made using the new stamp set 'Polar Party.' I look forward to a lot more stamping fun with this set. The 'M is for Merry' image is from the new set 'Occasions Alphabet.' This is an absolutely amazing stamp set and has a definition for each letter of the alphabet. Notice the new embossing folder on the polar bear card? It has wonderful stripes! I used the polka dots to emboss the bear image, evoking the feeling of it snowing on him.

Christmas in July!
Here are some of the cards we'll be making at my class this Saturday. The class ('Christmas in July') is from 1:00-5:30 and we'll be making at least 15-20 cards --- all for Christmas!
As you can see, we'll be using some new stamp sets, new Big Shot dies and new Big Shot embossing folders. I've had so much fun getting out new products and starting to create. I'll be showing you some tips on creative coloring of your images, too, that will surprise you with how easily they enhance your coloring techniques. Can you find the card that was inspired by the new Idea Book & Catalog?

Head to my website for complete class details and additional events coming up soon. (Click on any of the links on the left.)

Goodies from Convention!
One of the most amazing things about Convention is all the goodies that we receive. Check these out!
These were all the FREE items we received! Sorry that I blurred out the front of my stamp set I won during a prize patrol, but you cannot see it until the Holiday Mini comes out. You'll love it, I promise!
These were my pins (and ID badge) from this year, minus the 100 K pin. That will come in the mail soon. I can't wait!
I showed you Jenn's badge holder earlier. This was mine. My demo friend, Sue, made 1 for each of us! There are 2 pockets inside to hold extra 'stuff.' I hope you recognize some of our fabric.
My upline, Leslie, made this notebook for me. Isn't it 'over the top' vintage? Love it! Below, you can see a close-up of some of the elaborate details on it.
In one of my previous posts, I'd mentioned that my friend, Patty Bennett, gave me a card. Here it is and it's a wonderful example of making a hybrid card with our products + My Digital Studio.
Here's the card one of her friends gave me. I really like this one, too. It's really elegant.

Convention Displays --- Awesome!
The Convention displays are always so awesome. I do believe they get better each year! The theme this year was 'Grow' so the displays were featured in our 'Product Park.'
