Kits ... A New System I'm Going to Try

I've had so many requests for class kits that I've been trying to think of a way I could try offering them without taking away from the time I need for my other projects.  Here's what I'm going to try --- beginning NOW.

- For each class I offer, I will make a limited number of kits.
- Once registration closes, any left-over kits may be purchased ($18.) by non-attendees.
- Kits will be available for local customers only, not for mail orders.
- These kits will be available on a first come / first served basis.
- Kits will NOT include stamping, as per Stampin' Up! requirements.
- You'll need to provide your own stamps for your projects or order the sets from me.
- You can often substitute images, using stamps you already have.
- Once the kits are sold out, they will no longer be available for ordering.
- Kits should be picked up within a week of requesting them.

Chips, Tokens, Kits, and Registration Policies

I thought today would be a good day to remind everyone of my current policies and classes, kits, rewards tokens, etc. ...

REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION POLICIES

I want each class you attend to be a great experience for you and for you to leave class smiling.

So ...

PAYMENT POLICY 

I will expect your payment to register for a class at least ONE WEEKprior to the class.  It is your payment that holds your spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you have paid ahead and need to cancel, if it's prior to the one week deadline, your payment will automatically be transferred to the next class.  If you need to cancel after the one week deadline, your kit will have already been prepared for you.  The projects will be posted on my blog and you can use my photo samples to see how to create your projects.  If you do not have the stamps I used, just substitute something of similar size.  

CLASS KITS FOR CANCELLATIONS ONLY 

I will no longer be making class kits unless it is due to one of the above cancellations.

MY CLASS PREPARATIONS 

One week prior to each class, I will begin preparing your class kits, at which time it will be too late for you to pay to register for the class.  This will give me a full week to prepare the best projects ever.

Stamping Tokens Program 

For each $50.00 you order through me (at one time / before tax and shipping) you will earn a token.  Save them up until you accumulate TEN TOKENS and then you may turn them in for a free gift certificate for $25.00!!!   

There is NO expiration date either, so keep saving until you earn your tokens and then come shop with me!  If you have a qualifying online order through me, I will keep track of those tokens for you. 

Earn A Free Coupon Toward A Class of Your Choice

I have chips for you, too!  Each time you attend a class or retreat, you will earn a free chip.  Save them and turn them in to me when you accumulate TEN CHIPS.  You will then earn a class coupon for $10. off your next class.  These may not be used for Retreats, but may be used toward any class ... and there’s no expiration date.

Class Kits for January 'Class on the Go' Scraps and Prayers

In spite of all we've had going on here lately and then my husband ending up in the hospital, I've managed to finish all the class kits for our January Scraps and Prayers 'class on the go' kits.  It's a good thing I went with the 'class on the go' since I'd have had to cancel it anyway with Bill in the hospital.  He's getting better, but it's a slow process.  Here's a peek at the kits, as well as more info on this 'class on the go' kit.  The kits are $15.  and then the class fees for the remainder of 2019 will be $18.

These gorgeous papers are from our Sale-A-Bration (SAB) Catalog and are called Botanical Butterfly.  One side of each is in color and the other side is black and white.  They are gorgeous!

Believe it or not, my printer decided not to work today (GRRRR!!!) so I decided to add the directions right here.  Refer to these 3 easy peasy steps to complete your kits.  Enjoy!

Remember that the DSP is double-sided, so you can choose which side of your papers you want to use in creating your cards.

Decorate your tin any way you'd like.  This is just one possible way to do it.

I'll be posting/sharing some ideas for how to use the card kits in the next day or two, so come back for more ideas.

I realize that these posts are mostly for my local customers, but perhaps other demonstrators can use the ideas for their own 'class on the go' kits.  Everyone can use the ideas for the gift bags, as well as the card ideas I'll share next.  I hope you enjoy them and get some inspiration from them.
