Valentine's Day Layout

Here's the layout we made at our Hostess Scrapbook Club last Monday.  We're starting our new round in March, so be sure to contact me for details if you'd like to join us.

Tips:

• Score the ends of each of the 'flag' pieces at 1/4." 
• Lay down a thin line of Liquid Tombow on the top end of each 'flag' piece. 
• Bend each 'flag' piece over the linen thread and you have a cute little banner.  
• Slip a dimensional behind the lower end of each 'flag' piece to hold it in place.

 Tips:

• Embossing each of the hearts adds a lot of texture to your design. 
• Mount the larger hearts on dimensionals.
• Cut your First Edition DSP at 4" and you'll have a 4" piece and an 8" piece --- all your layout will take just one sheet of this DSP.  The other DSP strips are smaller, so you can really stretch your DSP supplies to last a long time.
